Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is issued when your shipment record is created and looks like FTP-2026-000001. It is shared by the sender or by our operations team.

Why does my shipment show no recent updates?

Tracking pages only display milestones that have actually been recorded. If a shipment is between facilities there may be a gap before the next event appears.

Why can't I see the destination or estimated delivery?

Some optional details are hidden on public tracking pages at the sender's request. Contact support if you need more detail about your consignment.

Is FedTrackPep a carrier?

FedTrackPep is an independent shipment management and tracking service. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any third-party carrier.
