Information we hold
We store shipment records supplied by senders and our operations team: tracking numbers, origin and destination, service details, package information and the timeline of recorded shipment events. Customer contact details are stored so shipments can be associated with the correct account.
What is shown publicly
Public tracking pages display only the fields an administrator has explicitly marked as publicly visible for that shipment. Internal notes, customer contact details and administrative information are never exposed on a tracking page.
Access control
Administrative access requires authentication. Shipment records are protected by database-level access rules so they cannot be listed or enumerated by unauthenticated visitors — a tracking page can only be reached with an exact tracking number.
Retention and contact
Shipment records are retained for as long as required for operational and legal purposes. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact fedtrackpep@gmail.com.
